My Early Days At Consim…
It was the day which once I used to have a blank screen on my mind whenever I think of my future. But it wasn’t! It was June 14th, a hot burning but a beautiful sunny day and I had to join Consim. I had moved entirely to Chennai with the help of my parents but I had to stay alone here from now on. On the very first day, I met my new colleagues at Consim at the Conference Hall where we were given the induction program. It was a very fun day for us, we had some technical seminars on technology and met the various heads of the company.
I was looking forward to make some very good friends from the very first day but till now I haven’t made any progress :fat: . But I do love my team a lot lot lot!! It’s filled with persons having various ideas, creativity, positivity, a desire to learn, and especially ready to have fun!! Finally, I get to meet people who are not like the traditional NIETns. This is my talented, friendly and a rocking team :

Not sure whether they are going to like their names displayed here in my blog as it hinders their privacy but I hope it doesn’t. As usual, I’m keeping myself silent for a few days in order to learn more about everyone of them. It’s just awesome to have lunch with them together and the way they share things around is just mega fun. It’s like a dream come true for me on seeing a team like this, with persons so jovial and having fun with each other without any bitterness in their hearts. On seeing them, I’m even ready to change myself and stay super-jovial just like them Strange thing is, all of them still require quite a bit of time to learn that my name is Parithi not ElamParithi and that I’m younger than most of them therefore I do not require any kind of respect while talking [which I completely hate], my ambitious “I’m Different” motto except for Vishnu and also to know that I’m always ‘Happy To Help’ in terms of anything, for which I was well known for in the NIET atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere, the work environment here at Consim is just great!! I love every second I spend here, and I’m ready to work even on the sundays with my team.
That’s it for now, What new adventures and new friends I’m going to get? is a question I can’t wait to get an answer for…Who’s going to get their names in bold fonts on My Friends page under Consimites? or Does it really matter? Have to wait and find out….
Feels kind of awkward for a boy who almost never wore formals in his entire life and the one with spiky hair -> to now have to wear pure formals 5 days a week with strongly combed hair…but what to do? Like I said, Time to change….
